Sessions for two to six people, structured to capture genuine interaction rather than staged poses. Scheduling allows enough time to move between two or three setups without rushing. Delivery includes a curated selection of edited images within seven business days.

Coordinated portrait sessions for teams of seven or more, designed to produce a consistent visual set across multiple individuals. Scheduling is structured in short individual slots to minimise disruption to the working day. Finished images are delivered in web and print formats with uniform colour treatment. Suitable for staff directories, annual reports, and website profiles.

Four stages, no ambiguity
Most people arrive at a portrait session uncertain about what to expect. The process below covers every stage from the first message to the final delivery — so there are no surprises on either side. Timing estimates are realistic rather than optimistic.
Initial Conversation
A brief exchange by email or phone to understand the purpose of the session, preferred location, and any specific requirements. This usually takes under 15 minutes and determines whether the session is indoors, on location, or at a client-specified venue.
Session Planning
Once the date is confirmed, a short brief is sent covering what to wear, what to bring, and how the time will be structured. For corporate sessions, a scheduling template is provided so individual slots can be filled without back-and-forth.
The Shoot
Sessions run at a measured pace — there is always time to pause, adjust, and try a different angle. The first 10 minutes of any session are treated as warm-up time, and those frames are not included in the final selection unless requested.
Editing & Delivery
Edited images are delivered via a private download link within five to seven business days. Each image is colour-graded individually. A selection guide is provided for clients who want to narrow down a larger set before the final edit begins.
